Transparent high flexibility optical epoxy adhesive
Ecure-03 and Ecure-04 are amine curing agents suitable for use in transparent and highly flexible optical epoxy adhesives. The product is used in industrial applications that require long-term operation, and can be used in chip packaging, underfill and bonding, and adhesives that require optical clarity, excellent structural, mechanical and electrical insulation properties.
